1. Service
EA Ranking provides a platform to discover Expert Advisors (EAs), compare metrics, and purchase or download set files and EA licenses where offered. The service is provided "as is" during the MVP phase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Marketplace & digital goods
Listings are provided by sellers. Trading software involves risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. Refund rules, fees, and chargebacks will be defined in a future version together with payment integration.
4. Sellers
Sellers must provide truthful business and tax-related data as requested at registration. Payouts and tax reporting are subject to future agreements and KYC processes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EA Ranking and its operators are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or third-party content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
